Refund & Return Policy

At A&A Autos, operated by Bryn Mawr Racing Company LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds may be requested for purchases made through aaauto.com.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery of the purchased product.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Be in its original condition
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or modification
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or shipped in error:

  • Special-order products
  • Custom-made or custom-tuned products
  • ECU tuning files or software licenses
  • Electrical components once installed
  • Clearance, final-sale, or discontinued items
  • Gift cards
  • Products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or racing activities

3. Return Authorization

Before returning any item, customers must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • A damaged shipment
  • An incorrect item

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Order information
  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we may provide a replacement, store credit, repair, or refund at our discretion.

5. Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

6. Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal or greater value, subject to inventory availability.

Any price difference must be paid before shipment of the replacement item.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified defective product:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

A&A Autos is not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged during transit.

8. Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer after shipment may be subject to:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Restocking fees
  • Original shipping costs

These amounts may be deducted from any approved refund.

9. Restocking Fee

Certain eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.

Restocking fees may apply when:

  • Packaging is damaged or incomplete
  • Items require inspection and repackaging
  • The return is not due to our error

Any applicable fee will be communicated before refund processing.

10. Performance Parts Disclaimer

Many products sold by A&A Autos are designed for performance, racing, or off-road use.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged during racing activities
  • Products improperly installed
  • Products modified after delivery
  • Products showing evidence of misuse

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchase.

11. Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact A&A Autos first to attempt resolution of any issue before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed with supporting documentation, including order records, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and transaction details.

12. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process outlined in this policy.

Custom orders, special orders, and tuned products may not be cancelled once production, sourcing, or customization has begun.
